When you submit an inquiry form we collect: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, company name, business type, estimated purchase volume, product interests and your message. We also record the marketing parameters (UTM source/medium/campaign) of the link you arrived from, so we know which outreach introduced you to us.

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry, send the requested price list and product documents, arrange samples, and follow up on a potential wholesale relationship. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (B2B inquiry handling) and steps prior to entering a contract.
